Property Inspections
We will carry out the routine inspections, flagging issues which need to be repaired and compiling them in a report alongside any quotes for repair work, and what’s more, we will even carry out the repair work without additional cost to you or the landlord of the property.
Repairs
If a repair needs to be carried out on the landlord’s property, we will arrange for a licensed, qualified and recommended tradesman to complete the necessary work, at NO cost to you or the landlord.
